Unless you fully accept all the contents of this Agreement, you are not entitled to register, log in, or use (collectively referred to as "use") the "RunningHub" website, or use "RunningHub" services and obtain any services and products provided by the "RunningHub" platform (collectively referred to as "services" in this Agreement). If you use the "RunningHub" platform and related services, it is deemed that you have fully understood this Agreement and promised to accept the constraints of this Agreement as a party to the Agreement.

1.1 This Agreement is entered into between you and [HONG KONG HUIZE TECHNOLOGY CO.,LIMITED] (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "the Company") regarding your registration, login, and use of the "RunningHub" website and the related services provided by the "RunningHub" platform. We have the right to unilaterally decide, arrange, or designate its affiliates or third parties recognized by the Company to continue operating the "RunningHub" platform as needed by the "RunningHub" platform and related services. Furthermore, for certain services under this Agreement, they may be provided to you by the Company's affiliates or third parties recognized by the Company. You acknowledge and agree to accept the relevant service content, which is regarded as accepting the relevant rights and obligations relationship and being bound by this Agreement.
1.2 "User" refers to all users who directly or indirectly obtain and use the "RunningHub" platform and related services, including natural persons, legal persons, and other organizations, etc. In this Agreement, referred to as "User" or "You".
1.3 "RunningHub" refers to the application legally owned and operated by us, named "RunningHub". The Company has the right to unilaterally change the application name (including but not limited to renaming, adding, etc.). After the Company issues a renaming announcement, all provisions of this Agreement apply to the renamed application.
1.4 The content of this Agreement also includes relevant agreements, rules, instructions, etc. about the "RunningHub" platform and related services that the Company has published and may continuously publish in the future. Once the aforementioned content is officially released, the Company will remind you to read it in a timely manner through appropriate means (including but not limited to phone calls, text messages, announcements, system notifications, etc.). The aforementioned relevant agreements and rules constitute an inseparable part of this Agreement, and your use or continued use of the "RunningHub" platform is deemed as your agreement to comply with the aforementioned relevant agreements, rules, etc.
2.1 You can access "RunningHub" related websites using the "RunningHub" platform and related services. If you do not obtain this platform from the Company or third parties authorized by the Company, the Company cannot guarantee that unofficial versions of the "RunningHub" platform can be used normally or are free of other risks, and any losses incurred as a result are unrelated to the Company.
2.2 You understand and agree that the services provided by "RunningHub" are virtual goods, adopting a pay-for-service model, and the payments you make for the purchased services are not prepayments, deposits, or savings accounts. Once the service is activated, it is non-transferable and non-refundable (except in cases where the service has significant defects preventing you from using it at all or where the law requires a refund or the Company determines that a refund is appropriate). To ensure your user rights, please purchase our services through official channels. Any products or services obtained through unofficial channels will not be protected, and we have the right to suspend or terminate your services without assuming any responsibility for any losses caused to you.Mobile number and Google accounts are managed separately on the platform.Users who make purchases with a mobile number are eligible to request domestic invoices.For Google account users, a receipt will be automatically sent to the registered email address upon order completion.
2.3 The Company may develop different versions of application programs for different terminal devices. You may choose to use the "RunningHub" platform and related services or update the "RunningHub" version as needed. If you no longer need to use the "RunningHub" platform and related services, you can uninstall it yourself.
2.4 To better enhance user experience and service, the Company will periodically provide platform updates or changes (including but not limited to platform modifications, upgrades, functionality enhancements, new service developments, etc.). To ensure the safety of the "RunningHub" platform and related services and improve user experience, after the platform or part of the service content updates, the Company will, where possible, notify users through methods including but not limited to pop-ups, emails, text messages, system prompts, announcements, in-site messages, etc. Users have the right to choose whether to accept the updated version or service. If users do not accept the updates, the Company may no longer maintain the old version of the platform, which may result in an inability to use new features or limitations on certain functionalities, with the consequences borne by the users.
2.5 Unless expressly authorized in writing, you may not access or use the "RunningHub" platform and related services in any unauthorized manner, including but not limited to adaptations, copies, transmissions, vertical searches, mirroring, or transactions. You shall bear all consequences arising from any illegal use.
2.6 You understand that you need to prepare terminal devices related to the platform and services (such as computers, mobile phones, etc.) when using the "RunningHub" platform and related services. Once you open the "RunningHub" platform or access related websites on these terminal devices, you are deemed to be using the "RunningHub" platform and related services. To fully utilize all features of "RunningHub," you may need to connect your terminal device to the internet, and you acknowledge that you will bear any related costs (such as data fees, internet fees, etc.).
2.7 The Company grants you a personal, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive, and non-commercial right to use the "RunningHub" platform and related services legally. All other rights not expressly authorized in this Agreement are reserved by the Company, and you must obtain separate written permission from the Company when exercising those rights. Moreover, the Company's non-exercise of any rights does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
2.8 If you discover any content within the "RunningHub" platform that infringes upon your rights, please immediately notify the Company via customer service email service_yuanse@haima.me, providing preliminary evidence of your related rights. The Company will process your complaint within 15 working days. If content in the "RunningHub" is involved in a copyright infringement complaint by the relevant rights holder, you may also submit a feedback notice and related rights documentation to the customer service email service_yuanse@haima.me for appeal, and the Company will process your appeal within 15 working days. If you fail to provide the relevant appeal materials within 2 working days after receiving the notice, the Company has the right to take legal measures such as suspending transmission, closing accounts, etc.
3.1 Registering and Logging into "RunningHub" and Related Services
(1) When you register or log into "RunningHub" and related services, you can create an account using your phone number, and we will verify your identity by sending a text message verification code to complete the registration.
(2) You can also log into "RunningHub" using a third-party account (such as WeChat), in which case you will authorize us to obtain your public information (such as avatar, nickname, etc.) registered on the third-party platform, and after you agree to this Agreement, your third-party account will be linked to your RunningHub account, allowing you to log in directly with your third-party account and use this product and related services.
(3) Please properly safeguard any of your information, as any loss caused by account loss, leakage, etc. shall be borne by you.
3.2 Account Cancellation
If you need to terminate your use of the "RunningHub" account service, you can apply to cancel your account by contacting the "RunningHub" customer service email service_yuanse@haima.me. However, you remain responsible for any actions taken during the period of use of the "RunningHub" service before the account is canceled. Once the cancellation is successful, we will stop providing you with products or services, and your account records, data, etc., will be deleted and cannot be restored or provided, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations. For specific cancellation matters, please refer to the "Account Cancellation Agreement."
3.3 You understand and promise that the account you set up must not violate national laws and regulations as well as the relevant rules of the company. Your account name, avatar, and other registered information and personal data must not contain illegal or inappropriate information. You must not open an account in someone else's name without permission (including but not limited to impersonating others in a way that could cause confusion). You must not maliciously register a "RunningHub" account (including but not limited to frequently registering or batch registering accounts). You must comply with relevant laws and regulations during the account registration and usage process and must not engage in any activities that infringe upon national interests, harm the rights of other citizens, or are detrimental to social moral standards. The company has the right to review the registration information you submit.
3.4 Your registered account on "RunningHub" is limited to your personal use only. You only hold the right to use your account and are prohibited from gifting, borrowing, renting, transferring, selling, or allowing others to use the account in any form without the company’s written consent. If the company discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that the user is not the original registrant of the account, to ensure account security, the company has the right to immediately suspend or terminate services to that registered account or cancel the account.
3.5 You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your personal account. Any activities conducted under your registered account will be regarded as your own actions, and you shall bear all legal responsibilities for these, including but not limited to payment operations on "RunningHub." You should pay great attention to the confidentiality of your account and must not disclose your account and password to others under any circumstances. If you find that someone has used your account without permission or if any other security vulnerabilities occur, you must immediately notify the company.
3.6 If your account is lost or your password is forgotten, you can appeal to customer service via email service_yuanse@haima.me and follow the customer service's requirements to verify and retrieve your account or password. The company especially reminds you to properly safeguard your account and password. After you finish using it, you should log out securely. The company will not be liable for any loss or theft of your account due to malicious attacks by others, your own reasons, or other force majeure factors.
3.7 When registering, using, and managing your account, you must ensure that the identity information you fill in during registration is truthful. Please use real, accurate, legal, and valid identification materials and necessary information (including but not limited to your contact number) when registering and managing your account. According to national laws and regulations, to use certain features of the platform and services, you need to provide truthful identity information. Please complete real-name verification according to relevant legal requirements and ensure to update the aforementioned information in a timely manner. If the materials you submit or the information you provide is inaccurate, untruthful, non-standard, illegal, or if the company has reasonable grounds to suspect it to be erroneous, untruthful, or illegal, the company has the right to refuse to provide relevant services or you may be unable to use the "RunningHub" platform and related services, or some functions may be restricted during use.
3.8 In addition to self-registering a "RunningHub" account, you may also choose to register and log in to the "RunningHub" platform and related services using an account that you legally own, including but not limited to accounts from the company and/or its affiliates or other platform users, unless restricted or prohibited by third-party platforms. When logging in with an existing account as mentioned above, you must ensure that the corresponding account is registered with real-name registration and agrees to comply with the relevant provisions of this agreement.
3.9 If you log in to the series of client platform products and websites operated by the company’s affiliates or partners using the account registered through "RunningHub," you should comply with the user agreement and other agreement provisions of that platform's products and websites.
4.1 We place a high value on the protection of user information; protecting users' personal information is one of the company's fundamental principles.
4.2 During your use of the "RunningHub" platform and related services, you may need to provide your personal information so that the company can provide you with better services and corresponding technical support. You understand and agree that the company has the right to collect, use (including commercial cooperation use), store, and share your personal information in order to better provide services and comply with laws and regulations, this agreement, and the "RunningHub Privacy Policy." At the same time, we will legally protect your rights to browse, modify, delete relevant personal information, and withdraw consent. For more information about user personal information protection, please refer to the "RunningHub Privacy Policy."
5.1 User Behavior Requirements
You are responsible for your actions while using this product and its related services. Unless permitted by law or with prior written permission from the company, you must not engage in the following behaviors while using the "RunningHub" platform and related services:
5.1.1 Use any plugins, cheats, systems, or third-party tools that have not been authorized or permitted by the company to interfere with, damage, modify, or exert other influences on the normal operation of the "RunningHub" platform and related services.
5.1.2 Engage in any activities that harm computer network security in relation to the "RunningHub" platform and related services, including but not limited to:
(1) Illegally intruding into others' networks, interfering with normal network functions, stealing network data, and other activities that jeopardize network security;
(2) Providing programs and tools specifically used for intruding into networks, disrupting normal network functions and security measures, stealing network data, and other activities that endanger network security;
(3) Providing technical support, advertising promotion, payment settlement, and other assistance to those who are known to engage in activities that jeopardize network security;
(4) Using unauthorized data or accessing unauthorized servers/accounts;
(5) Unauthorized access to public computer networks or others' computer systems to delete, modify, or add stored information;
(6) Attempting to probe, scan, test the vulnerabilities of the "RunningHub" system or network without permission, or engaging in other behaviors that may harm network security;
(7) Attempting to interfere with or damage the normal operation of the "RunningHub" system or website, intentionally spreading malicious programs or viruses, and other acts that disrupt normal network information services;
(8) Forging TCP/IP packet names or part of names.
5.1.3 Conduct reverse engineering, disassembly, compilation, or attempt to discover the source code of this platform in any other way.
5.1.4 Maliciously registering "RunningHub" accounts, including but not limited to frequent or batch registrations.
5.1.5 Engaging in other activities that violate laws and regulations, this agreement, the company's relevant rules, and infringe on the legitimate rights and interests of others.
In any case, if the company has reason to believe that any of your actions violate or may violate the aforementioned agreements, the company may make independent judgments and take action, and has the right to terminate services to the user at any time without any prior notice and pursue relevant liabilities.
5.2 Information Content Standards
5.2.1 After completing real-name authentication as required, users can register accounts and log in to the "RunningHub" platform to use the services we provide.
5.2.2 The content created and disseminated by users must consciously comply with laws and regulations, the socialist system, national interests, citizens' legal rights and interests, social public order, moral standards, and the authenticity of information, known as the "seven bottom line" requirements. Otherwise, the company will take immediate measures such as restricting functions, suspending services, and closing accounts. Users must not publish the following information:
(1) Opposing the basic principles established by the Constitution;
(2) Endangering national security or leaking state secrets;
(3) Subverting state power, overthrowing the socialist system, inciting national division, and destroying national unity;
(4) Damaging national honor and interests;
(5) Promoting terrorism and extremism;
(6) Promoting ethnic hatred and discrimination, damaging national unity;
(7) Inciting regional discrimination and regional hatred;
(8) Undermining national religious policies and promoting cults and superstitions;
(9) Fabricating and disseminating rumors and false information, disrupting social order and undermining social stability;
(10) Spreading, disseminating obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or inciting crime;
(11) Endangering network security or using the internet to engage in activities that harm national security, honor, and interests;
(12) Insulting or defaming others, infringing upon the legal rights and interests of others;
(13) Threatening or intimidating others with violence, or engaging in doxxing;
(14) Involving others' privacy, personal information, or data;
(15) Spreading foul language that damages social public order and good customs;
(16) Content that infringes upon others' privacy rights, reputation rights, portrait rights, intellectual property rights, and other legitimate rights and interests;
(17) Spreading commercial advertisements, or similar commercial solicitation information, excessive marketing information, and spam;
(18) Commenting in languages other than the commonly used languages on this website;
(19) Comments that are completely irrelevant to the information being commented on;
(20) Publishing meaningless information or deliberately using character combinations to evade technical review;
(21) Infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of minors or harming minors' physical and mental health;
(22) Taking photos or recordings of others without permission, infringing upon others' legitimate rights;
(23) Content that includes terror, violence, bloodshed, high-risk activities, or harms the physical and mental health of performers, including but not limited to the following situations:
1) Any content involving violence and/or self-harm;
2) Any content threatening life and health, utilizing dangerous instruments like knives that endanger oneself or others' personal or property rights;
3) Content that encourages or induces others to participate in dangerous or illegal activities that may cause personal injury or death.
(24) Other information that violates laws and regulations, policies, and public order and good customs;
(25) Other information that disrupts the normal operation of "RunningHub" or infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties.
6.1 Without the company's written permission, users shall not, by themselves or authorize, allow, or assist any third party to engage in the following actions regarding the information content within this agreement on the "RunningHub" platform and related services:
(1) Copy, read, or use the information content from the "RunningHub" platform and related services for commercial purposes, including but not limited to publicity, increasing readership, or view counts;
(2) Arbitrarily edit, organize, or arrange the information content of the "RunningHub" platform and related services, and display it through channels other than the source pages of the "RunningHub" platform and related services;
(3) Use any form of identification methods, including but not limited to special identifiers, special codes, etc., to create traffic, transfer, hijack, or otherwise negatively impact the information or content of the "RunningHub" platform and related services by yourself or assist third parties;
(4) Other behaviors that illegally obtain information content from the "RunningHub" platform and related services.
6.2 After obtaining the company's written permission, users' sharing and other behaviors on the "RunningHub" platform should also comply with the following standards:
(1) Regarding the data obtained from scraping, statistics, etc., users shall not publicly disclose, provide, or leak the data to any third party in any way without the company's prior written consent;
(2) Users shall not make any changes to the source web pages of the "RunningHub" platform and related services, including but not limited to the homepage link entrances, and shall not block, insert, or pop-up any forms that obstruct the display of the source pages of the "RunningHub" platform and related services;
(3) Users should take safe, effective, and stringent measures to prevent third parties from illegally obtaining the information content of the "RunningHub" platform and related services through any means, including but not limited to "spider" programs;
(4) Users shall not use the relevant data content for purposes outside the scope permitted by the company’s written permission, engage in any form of sale and commercial use, or disclose, provide, or allow third parties to use it in any way.
7.1 In response to your violation of this agreement or other service terms, the company has the right to independently judge and take measures such as prior warnings, limiting part or all functions of the account, or permanently closing the account. The company has the right to announce the handling results and to decide whether to restore usage based on the actual situation. Records of actions suspected of violating laws and regulations or criminal activities will be kept and reported to relevant authorities in accordance with the law, and the company will cooperate with investigations by relevant authorities. The company has the right not to restore or return deleted content.
7.2 If you violate this agreement or other service terms, causing third-party complaints or lawsuits for compensation, you shall bear all legal responsibilities. If your illegal or breach of contract behavior causes the company and its affiliates to compensate any third party or face penalties from government agencies, you shall also fully compensate for all losses incurred.
7.3 The company respects and protects the intellectual property rights, reputation rights, name rights, privacy rights, and other legitimate rights and interests of legal persons and citizens. You guarantee that the works generated by using the “RunningHub” platform and related services do not infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights, reputation rights, name rights, portrait rights, privacy rights, or other rights and legitimate interests. Otherwise, the company has the right to remove the suspected infringing content upon receiving notification from the rights holder or relevant party. You shall bear all legal responsibilities for any rights claims made by third parties; if your infringement causes losses to the company and its affiliates, controlled companies, or successor companies (including but not limited to economic, reputational losses, etc.), you shall also fully compensate for the damages.
7.4 You understand and agree that, in any case, the company's total liability for your breach and compensation shall not exceed the total amount of all fees you have paid for using the company's services.
8.1 You understand and agree that the “RunningHub” platform and related services provided by the company are offered in their current state based on existing technology and conditions. The company will do its utmost to provide you with services, ensuring continuity and security. You understand that the company cannot foresee and prevent legal, technical, and other risks at all times, including but not limited to interruptions in services, data loss, and other losses and risks caused by factors such as force majeure, viruses, Trojans, hacker attacks, system instability, third-party service flaws, and other various security issues.
8.2 You understand and agree that the company has the right to modify, interrupt, suspend, or terminate the “RunningHub” platform and related services based on adjustments to business strategy or operational needs after announcing the notification, without being responsible or liable for any compensation to users.
8.3 You understand and agree that after the service is suspended or terminated, the company has no obligation to provide or return any data to you.
9.1 The intellectual property rights of the content provided by the company in the “RunningHub” platform and related services (including but not limited to the platform, technology, programs, web pages, text, images, graphics, charts, layout design, electronic documents, etc.) belong to the company or legitimate third parties. The copyrights, patent rights, and other intellectual property rights of the platform on which the company provides this service are owned by the company. Without permission from the rights holder, you have no right to use (including but not limited to monitoring, copying, distributing, displaying, mirroring, uploading, downloading) any content in the “RunningHub” platform and related services; otherwise, you shall bear all consequences and the company or third-party rights holders have the right to pursue your legal responsibility.
9.2 You understand and agree that any text, images, etc. you upload while using the “RunningHub” platform and related services are owned by you or legally authorized (including sub-licensing) and do not violate the provisions of laws and regulations or infringe on any third party's legitimate rights and interests. The intellectual property rights of any content you upload, synthesize, and save through “RunningHub” belong to you or the original copyright owner, and you shall bear all responsibility for any disputes arising from this, and if the company suffers losses, it has the right to seek compensation from you.
9.3 You acknowledge, understand, and agree that for all content you upload and synthesize through “RunningHub” (including but not limited to text, images, etc.), you hereby grant the company and its affiliates a global, free, non-exclusive, sublicensable (through multiple levels) right (including but not limited to the rights of reproduction, translation, compilation, information network dissemination, adaptation, and derivative creation) for use, including but not limited to on current or other websites, applications, products, or terminal devices. You hereby confirm and agree that the grant of the above rights includes the right and license to use, copy, and display personal images, portraits, names, trademarks, service marks, brands, names, logos, and company marks (if any) that you own or have been licensed to use and embedded in the content in any promotion, advertising, or marketing related to “RunningHub,” the company, and/or the company brand. To avoid doubt, you agree that the grant of the above rights includes the right to use, copy, and display any other branding, marketing, or promotional assets.
9.4 The company provides technical support for the development and operation of “RunningHub” and enjoys all rights to all data and information generated during the development and operation of the “RunningHub” platform and related services.
9.5 Please do not privately use the company’s trademarks, service marks, trade names, domain names, website names, or other distinctive brand features (hereinafter collectively referred to as "identifiers") under any circumstances. Without the company’s prior written consent, you shall not display, use, or apply for trademark registration of the identifiers mentioned in this clause, either alone or in combination, nor take any action to imply or suggest to others that they have the right to display, use, or otherwise deal with these identifiers. You shall bear all legal responsibilities for any losses caused to the company or others due to your violation of this agreement.
10.1 You understand and agree that the “RunningHub” platform and related services may be affected or interfered with by various factors, and the company does not make any guarantees to you regarding the following matters (including but not limited to):
10.1.1 The company's platform and related services fully meet the user's usage requirements;
10.1.2 The company is uninterrupted, timely, safe, reliable, or does not have errors; any platform, service, or other materials obtained by the user from the company meet the user's expectations;
10.1.3 Any errors in the platform can be corrected.
10.2 Regarding network information involving property, account passwords, advertisements, or promotional information, users should be cautious and make their own judgments; for the aforementioned reasons, the company shall not bear any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages for any profits, business reputation, data loss, or other tangible or intangible losses suffered by you.
10.3 Users understand and agree that, during the use of the “RunningHub” platform and related services, there may be uncontrollable factors (force majeure refers to objective events that cannot be foreseen, overcome, or avoided), including but not limited to government actions, natural disasters, network reasons, hacker attacks, wars, or any other similar events. In the event of force majeure, the company will strive to fix it promptly; however, users agree that the company shall not be liable for losses caused to users by force majeure.
10.4 The company obtains the right to handle illegal and irregular content under this agreement, and this right does not constitute the company's obligation or commitment; the company cannot guarantee timely detection of illegal activities or appropriate handling.
10.5 Users explicitly understand and agree that regarding the services of this agreement, the company does not provide any kind of express or implied warranties or conditions, including but not limited to merchantability, suitability for a particular purpose, etc. You must bear the corresponding risks associated with your use of the platform and related services of this agreement.
10.6 Users explicitly understand and agree that this agreement is to ensure compliance with national laws and regulations, maintain public order, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of others. The company will do its utmost to make judgments according to relevant laws and regulations, but does not guarantee that the company’s judgments will completely align with those of judicial or administrative authorities; if any consequences arise from this, users understand and agree to bear them independently.
11.1 Our products are primarily aimed at adults. If you are a minor under 18 years of age, you should read and agree to this agreement under the supervision and guidance of your parents or other guardians before using the “RunningHub” platform and related services.
11.2 The company values the protection of minors' personal information. Minor users should strengthen their personal protection awareness and exercise caution when filling out personal information, and correctly use the “RunningHub” platform and related services under the guidance of guardians.
11.3 If minor users violate laws and regulations or the content of this agreement, their guardians shall bear all consequences in accordance with the law.
11.4 Special Reminder for Minor Users
11.4.1 Youth and minors using the “RunningHub” platform and related services should learn to use the internet correctly under the supervision and guidance of their guardians, avoid becoming addicted to the virtual online space, and develop good online habits.
11.4.2 Minor users must comply with the “National Youth Network Civilization Convention”:
(1) Be good at learning online, do not browse harmful information;
(2) Communicate honestly and friendly, do not insult or defraud others;
(3) Enhance self-protection awareness, do not casually meet online friends;
(4) Maintain network security, do not disrupt network order;
(5) Be beneficial to physical and mental health, do not indulge in virtual spaces.
11.4.3 To better protect the privacy rights of minors, minors using the “RunningHub” platform to open paid memberships or other similar services must operate under the supervision of their guardians. The company reminds users to be cautious when uploading content containing materials of minors; once uploaded, it is deemed that the user agrees to allow “RunningHub” to display the minor's information, portrait, voice, etc., and permits “RunningHub” to use and process such content related to minors in accordance with this agreement. The responsibilities arising from this shall be borne by you.
12.1 The establishment, effectiveness, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The place of signing this agreement is Beijing, People's Republic of China. If a dispute arises between you and the company, both parties should try to resolve it amicably. If negotiation fails, you agree to submit the dispute to the people's court with jurisdiction over the place of signing this agreement (i.e., Chaoyang District, Beijing).
12.2 The company has the right to modify this agreement based on changes in national policies, technological conditions, product functions, etc. The company will publish the modified agreement. Once officially published, the company will remind you of the updated content through appropriate means (SMS, announcement, pop-up, system notification, etc.) so that you can be informed of the latest version of this agreement in a timely manner. The modified content will constitute an inseparable part of this agreement, and you shall also comply. If you have objections to the modified agreement, please immediately stop logging in or using the “RunningHub” platform and related services. If you log in or continue to use the “RunningHub” platform and related services, it will be deemed as acceptance of the modified agreement.
12.3 You and the company are independent entities, and under no circumstances does this agreement constitute any form of express or implied warranty or condition by the company to the user, nor does it create any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between the parties.
12.4 The titles in this agreement are for convenience and readability only and do not affect the meaning or interpretation of any provision in this agreement.
