RunningHub places great importance on protecting users' personal information and will make every effort to protect the security of your personal information. When you download, install, launch, browse, register, log in, and use (collectively referred to as "use") RunningHub and related services, we will collect, store, use, share, disclose, and protect your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. Scope of this policy

This privacy policy applies to all products and/or services we provide through RunningHub.

It is specifically noted that to enhance your user experience, we may, with your consent, integrate products and/or services developed or provided by third parties or link to other third-party websites. You acknowledge and agree that third-party products and/or services or websites are independently provided to you by third parties and are not governed by this policy. You should carefully read and understand the relevant terms of personal information protection of third-party products and/or services or websites, and we will not be responsible for the personal information protection of third parties.

For specific products and/or services, we may separately establish dedicated personal information protection policies, statements, notifications, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "specific policies"). If specific policies have special provisions, the specific policies shall prevail. Where the specific policies do not cover, this policy shall apply.

2. How We Collect and Use Personal Information

(1) Information You Must Authorize Us to Collect and Use

The business functions we provide require certain information to operate. You choose to use these business functions, then you need to provide us with or allow us to collect necessary information. If you refuse to provide the corresponding information, you will not be able to normally use our products and/or services. These functional scenarios include:

1. Help You Complete Registration and Login

When you register, log in to RunningHub and use related services, we need to collect and process your mobile phone number. We collect this information to help you complete registration. Collecting mobile phone numbers is necessary to comply with national laws and regulations regarding real-name network registration (real identity information authentication). If you refuse to provide a mobile phone number for registration and login, we may not be able to provide you with corresponding services.

Based on our cooperation with third parties, when you use the "one-click login" feature, with your consent, we will use the mobile phone number on your device for your registration and login account, exempting you from password or dynamic verification code verification, providing you with quick registration and login services. If you do not wish to use the "one-click login" feature, you can register and log in to RunningHub through other methods.

You can register and log in to RunningHub using third-party accounts, but you need to authorize us to obtain your nickname and avatar from the third-party platform to generate a RunningHub account bound to that third-party account, allowing you to directly register, log in and use RunningHub and related services.

2. Maintain Normal Operation of Basic Functions

During your use of our services, to understand product compatibility and ensure the network and operational security of RunningHub services, thereby maintaining the normal operation of the aforementioned basic functions, we may directly or indirectly collect and store information about the services you use and how you use them, and associate this information. This information includes:

1. Log Information

When you use our services (including background operation and silent state), we may automatically collect detailed information about your use of our services as network logs, including your login account, search query content, IP address, telecom operator, network environment, language used, access date and time, duration of stay, and posting records.

If we combine such non-personal information with other information to identify specific natural persons, or use it in combination with personal information, then during the combination period, such non-personal information will be treated as personal information. Unless we obtain your authorization or as otherwise provided by laws and regulations, we will anonymize and de-identify such personal information. During the combination period, this information will be treated and protected as your personal information in accordance with this policy.

2. Provide Security for You

To improve the security of the services provided by us and our partners, protect the personal and property safety of you or other users or the public from infringement, better prevent phishing websites, fraud, network vulnerabilities, computer viruses, network attacks, network intrusion security risks, and more accurately identify violations of laws and regulations or RunningHub service-related agreement rules, we may collect and process your IP address, device type to comprehensively judge your account and transaction risks, conduct identity verification, detect and prevent security incidents, and take necessary recording, auditing, analysis and disposal measures in accordance with the law.

(2) Information You May Voluntarily Provide or Allow Us to Collect

For the purpose of improving service quality, developing new products or services, etc., you may voluntarily choose to provide us with or allow us to collect your personal information. We will not force you to provide this information. If you refuse to provide such personal information, you will not be able to use the corresponding extended business functions, but it will not affect your use of our other products and/or services.

1. Image/Video Processing

To provide you with image/video processing services, we need to collect and process your photos and videos. Please note that the information you upload, publish, and save may contain your personal information or sensitive personal information. Please consider carefully before operating. If the information you upload, publish, or save involves others' personal information, you should obtain their consent before publishing or have other legal basis. If you refuse to provide relevant personal information, we will not be able to provide you with this service, but it will not affect your use of other functions or services we provide.

2. Placing Orders and Payment

When you order specific services in RunningHub services, we will generate an order for the purchase of the service through the system. We need to collect some or all of the following personal information according to the type of service, including: transaction service information, transaction amount, order time, order number, order status, payment method, payment status. We collect this information to help you complete the transaction, ensure your transaction security, query order information, and provide customer service. If you refuse to provide relevant personal information, we will not be able to provide you with this service, but it will not affect your use of other functions or services we provide.

3. Provide Customer Service or Other User Response Functions

When you contact our customer service or use other user response functions, we may need you to provide [ ] to match and verify your user identity to ensure the security of your account and system. 1. Necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract to which you are a party;

2. Necessary for us to perform our statutory duties or statutory obligations;

3. Necessary to respond to public health emergencies, or to protect the life, health, and property safety of you or other natural persons in emergency situations;

4. Processing of your personal information within a reasonable scope for the public interest in news reporting, public opinion supervision, and other activities;

6. Other circumstances stipulated by laws and administrative regulations. Please understand that as our business develops, we may adjust and change the functions and services provided by RunningHub. In scenarios unrelated to the original purpose, we will inform you again and obtain your consent before collecting and using your personal information.

3. Use of Cookies and Similar Technologies

To provide you with a more relaxed access experience, when you visit the RunningHub platform or use the services provided by RunningHub, we may identify your identity through small data files. This is to save you the step of repeatedly entering registration information or to help determine the security of your account. These data files may be Cookies, Flash Cookies, or other local storage provided by your browser or associated applications (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Cookies").

Please understand that some of our services can only be implemented by using Cookies. If your browser or browser add-on services allow, you can open your browser's settings options, select privacy settings, check "Do Not Track", or disable cookies. This will prevent your data from being tracked by us, but this action may in some cases affect your secure access to the RunningHub platform and use of the services provided by RunningHub.

Web pages often contain some electronic images (called "single-pixel GIF files" or "web beacons"). Using web beacons can help websites count users browsing the web page or accessing certain Cookies. We will use web beacons to collect information about your web browsing activities, such as the address of the page you visit, the address of the referring page you previously visited, the time you stay on the page, your browsing environment, and display settings.

4. How We Store Personal Information

(1) Storage Location

In accordance with laws and regulations, we will store the personal information collected and generated during our domestic operations within the territory of the People's Republic of China. Currently, we will not transmit the above information overseas. If we need to transmit it overseas, we will comply with laws and regulations and obtain your explicit consent or have other legal basis.

(2) Storage Period

We will retain your personal information only for the period necessary to provide RunningHub and services. After the necessary period expires, we will delete or anonymize your personal information, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations.

5. How We Entrust Processing, Share, Transfer, and Publicly Disclose Personal Information

(1) Entrusted Processing

To provide you with more comprehensive and higher-quality products and/or services, certain functions may integrate SDKs or other similar applications (such as embedded code or plug-ins) provided by third-party service providers to provide you with better customer service and user experience. For companies, organizations, and individuals that we entrust to process your personal information, we will clearly require in the cooperation agreement signed with them that the cooperating party will only process your personal information in accordance with our requirements, the provisions of this policy, and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures, and we will supervise their personal information processing activities. We require them to process personal information in accordance with our requirements, legal and regulatory provisions, and other measures that can ensure the confidentiality and security of personal information.

Some third-party SDKs or similar applications that we integrate may collect your personal information. If you use such third-party provided services in our services, you agree that they will directly collect and process your information. The integration of third-party SDKs for each individual service may vary. The above third-party services are operated by the relevant third party. Your use of such third-party services (including any information you provide to the third party) is subject to the third party's own terms of service and privacy policy (not this policy), and you need to read their terms carefully. This policy only applies to the personal information we collect and does not apply to any services provided by any third party or the third party's information usage rules. If you find that these third-party services have risks, we recommend that you terminate the relevant operations to protect your legitimate rights and interests and contact the third party in time.

(2) Sharing

Unless one or more of the following circumstances exist, we will not share your personal information with any third-party company, organization, or individual:

(3) Transfer

6. How We Protect Your Personal Information

1. We attach great importance to the security of your personal information and will take reasonable security measures (including technical and administrative aspects) to protect your personal information from improper use or unauthorized access, disclosure, use, modification, damage, loss or leakage.

2. We will use encryption technologies and anonymization methods that meet or exceed industry standards to protect your personal information, and implement security protection mechanisms to prevent malicious attacks on your personal information.

3. Due to technical limitations and potential malicious means, the internet environment is not 100% secure. We will do our best to ensure the security of the personal information you provide to us. You acknowledge and understand that the systems and communication networks you use to access our services may encounter issues beyond our control. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you take proactive measures to protect the security of your personal information.

4. We have established emergency response plans and will immediately activate them when user information security incidents occur, striving to contain the impact and consequences of such incidents. In the event of a user information security incident (leakage or loss), we will notify you of the relevant possibilities, risks and recommended remedial measures in accordance with legal requirements. We will inform you via push notifications, emails, letters or text messages. When individual notification is difficult, we will issue public notices through reasonable and effective means. We will also report the handling of user information security incidents to relevant regulatory authorities as required.

5. We hereby specifically remind you that the personal information protection measures provided in this Privacy Policy only apply to RunningHub software and related services. Once you leave RunningHub and related services to browse or use other websites, services or content resources, we have no ability or obligation to protect any personal information you submit outside of RunningHub software and related services.

7. Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Information

(1) Access Your Personal Information

You have the right to access your personal information, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations. If you wish to exercise this right, you may contact us through [My - User Settings] or the contact information provided in this policy.

(2) Correct Your Personal Information

When you find that the personal information we process about you is outdated or incorrect, you may contact us through [My - User Settings] or customer service email xujing@haima.me to make corrections, or contact us through the contact information provided in this policy to request corrections.

(3) Delete Your Personal Information

You may request deletion of your personal information under the following circumstances:

1. The purpose of our processing has been achieved, cannot be achieved, or is no longer necessary;

2. We have stopped providing products or services, or the retention period has expired;

3. You withdraw your consent;

4. We violate laws, regulations or agreements in processing personal information;

5. Other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations.

After you delete information from our products and/or services, we may not immediately delete the corresponding information from backup systems, but will delete it when the backup is updated. Please understand that according to legal requirements, if the retention period stipulated by laws and regulations has not expired, or if deletion is technically difficult, we will stop processing except for storage and necessary security protection measures.

You acknowledge and agree that if you stop using our products and/or services by means such as account cancellation, we will delete or anonymize your personal information regardless of whether you have given separate consent, and the relevant personal information cannot be recovered or provided.

(4) Withdraw Your Authorization and Consent

Certain business functions require basic personal information to be completed. You acknowledge and agree that for products and/or services that rely on your authorization to function properly, if you withdraw the relevant authorization, we will not be able to continue providing you with the corresponding products and/or services or certain functions may be affected. After you withdraw your consent, we will no longer process the corresponding personal information. Your decision to withdraw consent will not affect the previous processing of personal information based on your authorization.

Under conditions stipulated by laws and regulations, if technically feasible, you may also request us to transfer your personal information to another entity you designate.

To ensure security, we may first require you to provide relevant proof to verify your identity before processing your request. We will generally complete verification and processing within 15 working days after receiving your request and provide you with a reply.

2. We generally do not charge fees for reasonable requests, but for repeated requests beyond reasonable limits, we may charge certain costs. We may reject requests that are groundlessly repetitive, require excessive technical means (such as developing new systems or fundamentally changing current practices), pose risks to others' legitimate rights and interests, or are highly impractical. In the following circumstances, we will be unable to respond to your request:

8. Facial Data Collection and Use Policy

(1). What face data does our app collect?

We only analyze the images uploaded by users, such as facial contours, eyes, and nose.

(2). What is the purpose of collecting this information?

We collect face data solely for the purpose of generating realistic portrait effects. When users use our service, we first analyze the images they upload to our cloud server (e.g., identifying the face, eyes, and nose). Then, we use AI to combine this data with the selected templates to generate the realistic effects that users need. We and our partners require users’ images to be generated and to improve the realistic effect, and we will not share your face images with any third parties. Once the final effect is generated, the uploaded images will be immediately deleted. However, the effect images will be stored on the cloud server for free for 15 days, and users are advised to save the effect images to their phone albums in a timely manner. The user’s own uploaded image history is stored on the user’s local device, and we do not store any facial information of the user. Please note that users will need to re-upload their local avatar each time they use the service.

(3). Will the data be shared with any third parties? Where will this information be stored?

We and our partners require users’ images to be generated and to improve the realistic effect, and we will not share your face data with any third parties. Before generating the effects, your images are temporarily stored on an encrypted cloud server. After the effects are generated, your images will be immediately deleted.

(4). How long will face data be retained?

Once the final effect is generated, the uploaded images will be immediately deleted. However, the effect images will be stored on the cloud server for free for 15 days, and users are advised to save the effect images to their phone albums in a timely manner. The user’s own uploaded image history is stored on the user’s local device, and we do not store any facial information of the user.

9. Protection of Minors

Our products are mainly intended for adults. If you are a minor under 18 years old, you should read and agree to this Privacy Policy under the guidance and supervision of your guardian before using RunningHub software and related services.

We protect minors' personal information in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations. We will only collect, use, share or disclose minors' personal information when permitted by law, with explicit consent from parents or guardians, or when necessary to protect minors. If we discover that we have collected minors' personal information without verifiable parental consent, we will delete the relevant information as soon as possible.

If you are the guardian of a minor and have questions about the minor's personal information under your guardianship, please contact us through the contact information provided in this Privacy Policy.

10. Updates and Notifications to the Privacy Policy

1. To provide you with better services, RunningHub software and related services will be continuously updated and changed. We will revise this Privacy Policy accordingly, and such revisions shall form part of this Privacy Policy and have equal effect. However, without your explicit consent, we will not reduce your rights under the currently effective Privacy Policy.

2. After updating this Privacy Policy, we will release the updated version in RunningHub and notify you of the updates through in-app pop-ups or other appropriate means before the updated terms take effect, so that you can timely understand the latest version of this Privacy Policy. If you continue to use our services, you agree to accept the revised content of this policy. However, if the updates require collection of new sensitive personal information, we will still seek your explicit consent through prominent means.

3. For major and substantive changes, we will provide more prominent notices (including but not limited to text messages, push notifications or special prompts in specific locations explaining the specific changes to the Privacy Policy). Major and substantive changes referred to in this policy include but are not limited to:

① Major changes in our products or service models, such as purposes of processing personal information, types of personal information processed, ways of using personal information, etc.;

② Major changes in control rights, such as changes in ownership due to mergers and acquisitions;

③ Changes in main objects of personal information sharing, transfer or public disclosure;

④ Major changes in your rights regarding personal information processing and how to exercise them;
